“The Grace of God” as evidence for a written Uthmanic archetype: the importance of shared orthographic idiosyncrasies

In this study, Dr. Marijn van Putten (an atheist) presents his findings after investigating the history of the Qur'anic text. It is worth mentioning that Dr. Marijn van Putten adopts the spelling errors in the Quranic manuscripts as a methodology to conclude by describing: The text, meaning and the arrangement of the Quran, in all Qur’anic manuscript, as extremely coherent, consistent and accurate.

The researcher also touches on the integrity and accuracy of the accounts (the Sunnah of the Prophet and the science of hadith) that chronicled the traditional story of recording the Qur'an during the era of the Prophet (ﷺ), its compilation in its original version in the ear of the first caliph Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq and then being copied, unified and published during the era of the third caliph Othman bin Affan, may Allah be pleased with them. Dr. Marijn van Putten concludes such accounts being highly accurate.

While Dr. Putin's methodology may seem strange to the general public, but the bankers will easily understand it. Experts in the banks responsible for verifying and approving customer signatures are skeptical of a signature that resembles a model signature one hundred percent, as they expect a genuine signature to resemble a specimen signature by seventy percent. In certain cases, some inaccuracy could be a sign of authenticity.

Glory to Allah who destined the scribes of the Holy Qur'an (may Allah be pleased with them) to make spontaneous spelling mistakes, to test his creation. Some fails and go astray, such as the riff-raffs and those sick-in-hearts, while others pass and get guided.

Praise to Allah, who recruited an atheist to also testify to the integrity and consistency of the science of hadith and the integrity of its pioneers, such as Imam al-Bukhari, may Allah have mercy on them.
